This year has not been the best for many IT professionals, but that does not mean that things will not eventually get better. If you have been pounding the internet pavement and are still coming up short (or unemployed) try brushing up on your skills by taking a few extra classes or perhaps "interning" at a place you can really see yourself at will land you that dream gig.
